Getting Started wiki page - create a wiki page that reviews all the tasks the beginner webElect.net user needs to know
Contact Summary page - create a page that shows a summary of all sections of information a voter/contact record may have
Add Contributor Report fields - add category and secondary contributors to main contribution report
Add Fund Raising Module - create better method for tracking potential donors, amounts, collected, etc. Possibly make emailable private worksheet to click through
Contact Importing/Matching - allow users to upload into system. Should have preview before save and allow undoing.
Contribution/Volunteer website link - create an API that allows front-end websites to feed volunteer sign-ups and contribution info into webElect.net
Add Groups to Export - when exporting, add option to include all groups with indicators
Create Target Stats Report - output option showing graphs, counts, and percentages of demographic breakdowns of selected voters
Change Sub-Groups Relation - when changing the name of a main group, sub-groups get lost. Consider other relation options like this or just updating sub-group names when main group changes. Also consider treeGrid
Change Contact Lists to Grid - change contact, group, deliverable, and view lists to a grid format
User District Assignment - restrict users to sub-set of district.
Mobile Group Updating - search by name should include input box for group shortcut codes to be entered for each record.
Search By Address Improvements - allow plain text entry of any address and cass certify for search.
Calendar Printing - make printing of calendar more friendly. - Deprecated - will be moving calendar functions to Google Calendar integration.
Lock Output Options Dependent on Size of Results - prevent some reports from running when result set would be too big to handle.
Add Output Options to Contribution Output - add more output options to contributor output or make easier to do through group.
Select New Voters To District - allow an option to select voters that are new to a candidate's district since a particular date.
Create User Saved Backup - users should be able to select an option to backup all data as a single downloadable file.
Precinct Analysis Report Sorting - allow sorting report by totals.
Election Results Analysis - load precinct level result data to allow candidate comparison results per precinct.
Add Precinct Boundary Map Plotting - get precinct level lat/lon coordinates and user google maps to create precinct boundary overlays.
Report Output - change report output from direct download to writing and compressing on server. Partially completed 1/9/07
The following requests may be deprecated to changes with the Deliverables mail merge feature
Considering using a new editor and converting output as various formats including PDF, uploading PDF templates and specifying only merge fields and location. Link to other gateways for delivery such as email, sms, phone, etc

Precinct Grouping - add method to save preset selections of precincts for query/targeting.
Precinct Naming - allow users to add description to precincts.
Walk List Formatting - add method to modify walk list. Options include adding space for notes and modifying response fields.
All Voters Selection - need ability to select all the voters of a party in the query/targeting tool.
Email Address Targeting - add method for pulling only records with email addresses.
Check Register Totals - add total amount of deposits and expenses to top of register.
Add Precinct/Voter Analysis Reports to Query/Targeting - give ability to run analysis reports based on voter targeting selections.
Use Local City Name for Mailings 02/04/2008 - all addresses are currently standardized to the USPS preferred city name. Mailings should use the voters preferred city name though, ie "Temple Terrace" vs "Tampa".
Make Petition Merge Format 02/01/2008 - add PDF output options to print pre-filled petition and absentee request forms.
Contact Scheduling 10/10/2007 - add ability to schedule date/time of next contact for contact/voter records and provide "To Do" list for user showing scheduled activities.
Contribution Output Filtering 10/23/2007 - add ability to filter contributions and contributors by date, amounts, and type
Walk List Labels 11/28/2007 - add an option to the MapPoint walk list tools to include label sheets with the walk lists to use for sending pre-walk mailings.
