The following is a list of codes used to indicate voting method as provided by the Division of Elections.

Race/Ethnic Codes

These character codes are used for race designation.
We usually use the character code but occasionally you will see Florida's original numeric code also listed here.

2 A Asian or Pacific Islander
3 B Black, Not Hispanic
4 H Hispanic
5 W White, Not Hispanic
6 O Other
7 M Multi-racial
9 U Unknown
